I can not order from the internet. What should I do?

Send your request in writing to shop@developmentproducts.com  . Our customer service helps you to complete your order and will contact you if necessary.

How do I get an invoice??

The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail immediately after the order is completed. If you want to invoice the Company, please fill in the order form. The invoice is also a warranty document.
You can also open your own Crassula e-shop from your account or print an invoice as a pdf file. All of your purchases history is visible on your personal account.

How fast can you help if something does not work?

Write your concern to us at shop@developmentproducts.com and we will respond within one business day.

How fast do things really arrive?

Much depends on the product and the supplier. Physical products we will send on the next day, or at least the day after that. Virtual products will be released immediately after payment of the product, with the exception of certain day-to-day video tutorials, marked with the realise date

Where should I turn if the product is corrupted?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel the order for physical products within 24 hours by writing to shop@developmentproducts.com , and we will withdraw your order and refund your money. There is no option for changing and returning virtual products, as they will be available to you for immediate use immediately after payment of the invoice.
